| ~7/2001 In "Keys
to the Bath", we indenture ourselves to Kathy's father, as
Gophers, Cleaners, Fetchers of things at the HardwareStore, and Scott
does Plumbing. Who knew?
~7/2001 Kathy has a great friends from her work at NCRI/Nervewire,
and we get to share in their Most Excellent Lives sometimes.
Like a canoeing trip deep in the Adirondacks.
7/2001 Gladewater,
Texas.
It's not exciting. It's doesn't have oil. It's an hour from
anywhere. But it's got some of the nicest folks we know. Why
else would anybody go to Texas in July?
Sumer 2001: Our favorite Argentinean-Canadian friends
(OK, our only Argentinean-Canadian
friends too) shared their yacht with
us one weekend. We are not worthy.
Late 2001 Hooray
for Hollywood -
this was a mileage
run, a simple way to rack up nearly 90,000 frequent flyer
miles (almost 5 round trip tickets in the US) for about $200
total. Don't try this at home, Kids: We're Professionals.
Late 2001 San
Francisco is
Scott's (US) home away from home. Too bad we can't afford to
live there without jobs.
5/2002 Seemingly annual May pilgrimage to Baldwin, MI. Highlights
of this trip were a full set of professional photos, plus the
very fine amateur ones on our site.
6/2002 Kathy does a little consulting work at a large software
company in the Seattle area. We converge on Vancouver,
WA and visit Scott's brother and sis-in-law
~10/2002 We moved from Westford, MA to Hudson,
NH, 3500 sq ft on 3 acres to 1900 on a large postage-stamp.
5/2003 John Hornbach (Kathy's brother) marries
Pam Shaffer in a lovely ceremony near Baldwin
